When We're Helping We're Happy

A little volunteering goes a long way! My mom, sisters, myself, and a few friends from work gathered up our gloves & shovels and helped a group called "Neighborhood Nonprofit" with some handy work! We marked boards, leveled gravel, and got some great "hands on" house building experience! It was a good time for all of us and the homeowners were all very thankful for our help!

One of the coveted places to lounge at our house is the hammock in our back yard! It's a perfect spot to read, nap or chat!

Two Happy Campers

After a month of marriage my hubby and I joined his family on their annual camping trip! 4 nights in the great outdoors of Wyoming, Grays River to be exact! We borrowed my parents tent trailer and made it our "Home Sweet Home" for the trip! We had such a great time four wheeling, sitting by the fire, tubing the river, eating delicious meals, and making all sorts of memories! I can't wait for next years outing!


Me, Brian, Kathy, and Nick were always up for an adventure and weren't afraid to be the first to attmept the "rapids" of the river!

It didn't take us long to realize we wanted to start a family! That's when we got our cute little Cocker Spaniel, Daisy! She was only 6 weeks old when we got her and she could barely even walk! Now, Daisy is almost 4 months old and she is quite a riot! Guess I had better get some updated pictures!
