Sandy, your little Emmy is so cute. I love her name too. We had some good friends out here who have an Emmy. Thanks for the nice comment on my blog. You should totally try making fondant, it really is not as scary as it seems. I do make the necklaces as well, I would be happy to make you one. If you don't mind waiting until April you wouldn't have to pay for shipping. I could just make one for you and bring it home with me when I visit with April.
